Abstract

Układ wskaźnika staplera okrężnego do zespalania fragmentów tkanki, który składa się ze wskaźnika, wałka osi wskaźnika umieszczonego w korpusie, układu cięgna składającego się z iglicy, cięgna, rygla, elementów wspornikowych; śruby pociągowej, sprężyny wskaźnika i pokrętła charakteryzuje się tym, że wskaźnik (6) ma postać połowy tulei z dołączonymi elementami mocującymi i elementami służącymi do wskazywania oraz porusza się w sposób posuwisto - obrotowy na wałku osi wskaźnika w wyniku obracania pokrętłem (7), a w konsekwencji układem cięgna (21), które powoduje zbliżanie kowadełka (4) do ładunku, natomiast śruba pociągowa (24) w dalszym obszarze zawiera wypust stanowiący palec popychacza (36), przy czym po osiągnięciu szczeliny wynoszącej 1 mm pomiędzy kowadełkiem (4) a ładunkiem palec popychacza (36) napiera na górną powierzchnię wskaźnika (6), powodując jego wychylenie i wskazanie wartości 1 mm w okienku, znajdującym się po przeciwnej stronie palca popychacza(36).
