Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja emulsyjna w szczególności w postaci kremu o działaniu przeciwłuszczycowym, zawierająca terapeutycznie skuteczną ilość cefazoliny, składniki fazy olejowej i składniki fazy wodnej, charakteryzująca się tym, że zawiera: składniki fazy olejowej obejmujące: - parafinę ciekłą lub wazelinę białą, - eter stearylowy polioksyetylenu (21) i - alkohol cetylostearylowy; składniki fazy wodnej obejmujące układ buforujący zapewniający pH wyjściowe kompozycji w zakresie od 6,1 do 8,7, opcjonalnie dodatkowy amfifilowy emulgator niejonowy oraz inne substancje pomocnicze rozpuszczalne/mieszające się z wodą, przy czym woda stanowi od 50 do 80% wagowych kompozycji. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania kompozycji emulsyjnej.The subject of the application is an emulsion composition, in particular in the form of an anti-greasy cream, containing a therapeutically effective amount of cefazoline, oil phase ingredients and water phase ingredients, characterized in that it comprises: oil phase ingredients including: - liquid paraffin or white petrolatum, - stearyl ether polyoxyethylene (21) and - cetyl stearyl alcohol; aqueous phase ingredients including a buffering system providing a starting pH of the composition in the range of 6.1 to 8.7, optionally an additional amphiphilic nonionic emulsifier, and other water-soluble / miscible auxiliaries, wherein water constitutes from 50 to 80% by weight of the composition. The subject of the application is also a method for preparing the emulsion composition.
