Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są: sposób wytwarzania zawiesiny nanocząstek srebra i zawiesina nanocząstek srebra. Sposób wytwarzania zawiesiny nanocząstek srebra polega na redukcji soli srebra środkiem redukującym pochodzenia roślinnego, który to sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że jako środek redukujący stosuje się wywar, odwar lub ekstrakt z surowca zielarskiego: rumianku, przy czym redukcję prowadzi się w obecności polimerowego stabilizatora. Sposób obejmuje następujące etapy: a) sporządza się roztwór polimerowego stabilizatora w wodzie lub w rozpuszczalniku organicznym, po czym w roztworze tym rozpuszcza się sól srebra (roztwór A); b) sporządza się ekstrakt z koszyczków rumianku, korzystnie w tym samym rozpuszczalniku, w którym sporządza się roztwór A, przy czym stosunek wagowy koszyczków rumianku do rozpuszczalnika zawarty jest w granicach od 1 : 100 do 10 : 1 (roztwór B); c) roztwór B dodaje się do roztworu A, przy ciągłym mieszaniu, w temperaturze pokojowej lub podwyższonej maksymalnie do temperatury wrzenia rozpuszczalnika, przy czym stosunek objętościowy roztworu A do roztworu B zawarty jest w granicach od 1 : 100 do 100 : 1. W innym wariancie wykonania sposób wytwarzania zawiesiny obejmuje następujące etapy: 1) przygotowuje się roztwór polimerowego stabilizatora w wodzie lub w rozpuszczalniku organicznym i przy użyciu tego roztworu sporządza się napar lub odwar z koszyczków rumianku; II) do mieszaniny uzyskanej w etapie I) dodaje się sól srebra, podczas stałego mieszania w temperaturze pokojowej lub podwyższonej maksymalnie do temperatury wrzenia rozpuszczalnika. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także zawiesinę nanocząstek srebra, zawierającą surowiec zielarski rumianek, korzystnie w formie ekstraktu, naparu lub odwaru oraz polimerowy stabilizator, w której stężenie nanocząstek srebra korzystnie zawarte jest w przedziale od 100 mg/dm3 do 2000 mg/dm3.The subject of the application are: a method of producing silver nanoparticles suspension and silver nanoparticles suspension. The method of producing a suspension of silver nanoparticles consists in reducing the silver salt with a reducing agent of plant origin, which method is characterized in that as a reducing agent decoction, decoction or extract of herbal raw material: chamomile is used, the reduction being carried out in the presence of a polymeric stabilizer. The method comprises the following steps: a) a solution of the polymeric stabilizer is prepared in water or in an organic solvent, after which the silver salt (solution A) is dissolved in the solution; b) an extract of chamomile baskets is prepared, preferably in the same solvent in which solution A is prepared, the weight ratio of chamomile baskets to solvent being in the range from 1: 100 to 10: 1 (solution B); c) solution B is added to solution A, with continuous stirring, at room temperature or elevated to the boiling point of the solvent, with the volume ratio of solution A to solution B being in the range from 1: 100 to 100: 1. In another variant embodiment, the method of producing a suspension includes the following steps: 1) a solution of a polymeric stabilizer is prepared in water or an organic solvent, and with this solution an infusion or decoction of chamomile chamomile is prepared; II) The silver salt is added to the mixture obtained in step I) while continuously stirring at room temperature or raised to the maximum boiling point of the solvent. The application also includes a suspension of silver nanoparticles containing herbal raw material chamomile, preferably in the form of an extract, infusion or decoction, and a polymeric stabilizer in which the concentration of silver nanoparticles is preferably in the range from 100 mg / dm3 to 2000 mg / dm3.
