Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do ciągłego formowania obiektów betonowych przeznaczone do budowy wysokich monolitycznych budowli żelbetonowych, takich jak kominy, pylony mostów, stopy elektrowni wiatrowych. Urządzenie ma platformę roboczą (1) wyposażoną, w centralnej części, w element cylindryczny (2), do którego radialnie dołączono wysięgniki teleskopowe (3), których korpusy połączone są z pierścieniowym torem (4) usytuowanym współosiowo z elementem cylindrycznym (2), natomiast przesuwne ramiona wysięgników teleskopowych (3) są połączone za pośrednictwem widlastych wsporników (5) z segmentami ruchomego deskowania (6), przy czym każdy widlasty wspornik (5) jest wyposażony w podnośnik, urządzenie pozycjonowania kątowego oraz słup (10), ponadto na pierścieniowym torze (4) jest umiejscowiona suwnica (11).The subject of the application is a device for continuous forming of concrete objects for the construction of high monolithic reinforced concrete structures, such as chimneys, bridge pylons, and wind farm feet. The device has a working platform (1) equipped, in the central part, with a cylindrical element (2), to which telescopic arms (3) are radially attached, whose bodies are connected to an annular track (4) located coaxially with the cylindrical element (2), while the sliding arms of the telescopic booms (3) are connected by means of the forged brackets (5) to the segments of the movable formwork (6), each of the forged brackets (5) is equipped with a hoist, angular positioning device and pole (10), in addition on the annular track (4) the crane (11) is located.
