Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób atomizacji ciekłego reagenta do selektywnej redukcji niekatalitycznej tlenków azotu w spalinach kotłów energetycznych w czynniku gazowym, korzystnie w sprężonym powietrzu, obejmujący: a) doprowadzanie reagenta do kanału wewnętrznego dyszy wewnętrznej; b) doprowadzanie czynnika gazowego do komory otaczającej rzeczoną dyszę wewnętrzną; c) doprowadzanie czynnika gazowego z rzeczonej komory do kanału wewnętrznego dyszy wewnętrznej przez otwartą do wnętrza komory część odsłoniętą co najmniej jednego wycięcia atomizacyjnego wykonanego w ściance dyszy wewnętrznej powodujące atomizowanie reagenta w czynniku gazowym wraz z regulowaniem powierzchni części odsłoniętej wycięcia atomizacyjnego; d) odprowadzanie zatomizowanej mieszanki czynników przez dyszę wewnętrzną z drugim otworem wylotowym wsuniętą do pierwszego otworu wylotowego komory. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także dysza atomizująca (1) do wtryskiwania reagenta do selektywnej redukcji niekatalitycznej tlenków azotu w spalinach kotłów energetycznych.The present invention relates to a method of atomizing a liquid reagent for the selective non-catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides in the combustion of power boilers in a gaseous medium, preferably in compressed air, comprising: b) supplying a gaseous medium to the chamber surrounding said internal nozzle; c) supplying a gaseous medium from said chamber to the internal passage of the internal nozzle through an open part of the chamber exposed to at least one atomization notch made in the wall of the internal nozzle causing atomization of the reagent in the gaseous agent together with the regulation of the surface of the exposed part of the atomization notch; d) draining the atomized mix of agents through an internal nozzle with a second outlet opening inserted into the first outlet opening of the chamber. The invention also relates to an atomizing nozzle (1) for injecting the reagent for the selective non-catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas of power boilers.
