Abstract
W zgłoszeniu przedstawiono sposób otrzymywania środka poprawiającego właściwości gleby, który polega na połączeniu w odpowiedniej kolejności i warunkach, łatwo dostępnych na rynku substratów to jest w stosunku masowym 1 : 6 odfiltrowanego osadu z zużytej płuczki wiertniczej i odpowiednio spreparowanej mieszaniny osadowo wapiennej, zawierającej wzbogacony w wapń osad z biologicznej oczyszczalni ścieków, oraz masy zielonej dodawanej w stosunku masowym 1:4 do masy mieszaniny osadowo wapiennej i popiołu lotnego dodawanego w stosunku masowym 2:3 do masy mieszaniny osadowo wapiennej i zwiercin dodawanych w stosunku masowym 1:1 do masy mieszaniny osadowo wapiennej. W końcowym efekcie prowadzenia procesu uzyskuje się środek poprawiający właściwości gleby o cechach nawozu, który po wymieszaniu z warstwą powierzchniową gleby przyczynia się do poprawy jej struktury i jakości.The application presents a method of obtaining a soil conditioner that combines substrates readily available on the market in the right order and conditions, i.e. in a 1: 6 mass ratio of filtered sludge from used drilling mud and a properly prepared sludge-lime mixture containing calcium-enriched sludge from biological sewage treatment plant, and green mass added in a 1: 4 mass ratio to the mass of the sludge-lime mixture and fly ash added in a 2: 3 mass ratio to the mass of the sludge-lime mixture and cuttings added in a 1: 1 mass ratio to the mass of the sludge-lime mixture . The final result of the process is a soil conditioner with fertilizer characteristics, which, after mixing with the soil surface layer, improves its structure and quality.
