Abstract
Kompozyt balistyczny o zwiększonej odporności na wielokrotne uderzenie pociskiem, stanowi hybrydowy układ materiałowy w postaci płyty zawierającej spodnią warstwę w postaci sprasowanych arkuszy polimerowego materiału balistycznego (1) połączoną z warstwą wielosegmentowej ceramiki (2) przez elastyczną warstwą (3) oraz wielowarstwowej powłoki zabezpieczającej (4), jak również warstwy antyodpryskowej (5) i elementu antyugięciowego (6). Powłoka zabezpieczająca (4) wraz z przylegającą do niej powłoką antyodpryskową (5) w postaci preimpregnatu, otaczają powierzchnie czołową, boczne i część spodniej (1) w pobliżu krawędzi. Element antyugięciowy (6) stanowi warstwa pianki na tylnej stronie płyty. Korzystnie, powłoka zabezpieczająca (4) zawiera do pięciu warstw siatkowego materiału z warstwą adhezyjną.The ballistic composite with increased resistance to repeated bullet impact is a hybrid material system in the form of a plate containing a bottom layer in the form of compressed sheets of polymeric ballistic material (1) connected to a layer of multisegment ceramics (2) through an elastic layer (3) and a multi-layer protective coating (4 ) as well as the anti-splintering layer (5) and anti-sagging element (6). A protective coating (4) together with the adjoining anti-chipping coating (5) in the form of a pre-impregnate, surround the front, side and bottom surfaces (1) near the edge. The anti-bending element (6) is a layer of foam on the back side of the plate. Preferably, the protective coating (4) comprises up to five layers of mesh material with an adhesive layer.
