Abstract
Spoiwo polimerowe charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z mieszaniny trzech polioli w następujących udziałach wagowych: od 30 do 50 części wagowych poliolu (A) o wysokiej hydrofobowości, będącego jednocześnie rozgałęzionym poliestrem zawierającym w swojej cząsteczce wiązania eterowe; od 50 do 70 części wagowych poliolu/diolu (B) alifatycznego; od 10 do 50 części wagowych rozgałęzionego poliolu (C), będącego poliestrem z wiązaniami eterowymi, a także składa się z dodatku czynnika sieciującego, korzystnie 4,4'- diizocyjanian difenylometanu, w ilości uzależnionej od liczby hydroksylowej mieszaniny polioli, uwzględniając założony indeks cyjanianowy.The polymer binder is characterized in that it consists of a mixture of three polyols in the following weight proportions: from 30 to 50 parts by weight of polyol (A) with high hydrophobicity, which is also a branched polyester containing ether bonds in its molecule; from 50 to 70 parts by weight of an aliphatic polyol / diol (B); from 10 to 50 parts by weight of branched polyol (C), a polyester with ether linkages, and also consists of the addition of a crosslinking agent, preferably diphenylmethane 4,4'-diisocyanate, in an amount depending on the hydroxyl number of the polyol mixture, taking into account the assumed cyanate index.
