Abstract

Rozwiązanie ma zastosowanie w medycynie i inżynierii biomedycznej. Gwóźdź składa się z korpusu środkowego (2), korpusu górnego (1) z otworem poprzecznym (12) oraz otworem wzdłużnym (13) oraz trzpienia (4), na którym usytuowany jest mieszek (3) oraz mocowany do powierzchni płaskiej dolnego gniazda mechanizm piezoelektryczny, zaś korpus środkowy (2) ma gniazdo górne i dolne z elementami zapadkowymi wysuwanymi na zewnątrz i wprowadzanymi do rowków w korpusie środkowym (2), przy czym elementy zapadkowe oparte są na elemencie sprężynującym, który ma otwór (13) oraz na całym obwodzie 12 otworów.The subject of the solution is an intramedullary expansion nail designed for bone elongation with an extension mechanism based on piezoelectric actuators. The solution is used in medicine and biomedical engineering. The nail consists of a central body (2), upper body (1) with a transverse hole (12) and a longitudinal hole (13) and a mandrel (4) on which the bellows (3) and a piezoelectric mechanism fixed to the flat surface of the lower socket , while the middle body (2) has an upper and lower seat with pawl elements extending outwards and inserted into the grooves in the central body (2), the pawl elements being based on a spring element, which has an opening (13) and on the entire circumference 12 holes.
