Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mobilna instalacja do oczyszczania ścieków i wód z fosforu zawierająca pojazd samochodowy z platformą i umieszczony na niej kontener przystosowany konstrukcyjnie i wyposażony w instalację do prowadzenia procesu oczyszczania, charakteryzująca się tym, że w kontenerze (3) osadzone są dwie przegrody porowate (4, 5), dzielące na długości kontener (3) na trzy komory: przednią (6), środkową (7) i tylną (8), przy czym w komorze przedniej (6) umieszczony jest co najmniej jeden perforowany przewód wlotowy (9), w komorze tylnej (8) osadzona jest przegroda otworowa (10) z otworem przelewowym (15), ścianka przelewowa (11) oraz przewód wylotowy (12) natomiast w komorze środkowej (7) osadzone jest złoże filtrujące (13a, 13b). Złoże filtrujące (13a, 13b) utworzone jest korzystnie z trzech warstw rozdrobnionego materiału węglanowo-krzemionkowego, przy czym warstwy początkowa i końcowa (13a) utworzone są z materiału o granulacji od 20 do 30 mm a warstwa środkowa (13b) z materiału o granulacji od 2 do 5 mm. Złoże filtrujące (13a, 13b) przygotowane jest z wypalonej w temperaturze od 700 do 800°C skały węglanowo-krzemionkowej.The subject of the invention is a mobile installation for the treatment of wastewater and phosphorus water containing a vehicle with a platform and a container placed thereon structurally adapted and equipped with an installation for carrying out the purification process, characterized in that the container (3) has two porous partitions (4 , 5), dividing the length of the container (3) into three chambers: front (6), middle (7) and rear (8), with at least one perforated inlet hose (9) in the front chamber (6), in the rear chamber (8) there is a borehole (10) with an overflow hole (15), overflow wall (11) and outlet pipe (12) while in the middle chamber (7) there is a filter bed (13a, 13b). The filter bed (13a, 13b) is preferably formed from three layers of particulate silica-carbonate material, with the initial and final layers (13a) made of a material with a granulation of 20 to 30 mm and the middle layer (13b) made of a material with a granulation of 2 to 5 mm. The filter bed (13a, 13b) is prepared from silicate carbonate rock fired at 700 to 800 ° C.
