Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania bezklejowych połączeń poliamidowo-elastomerowych polega na wprowadzeniu modyfikatora zarówno do poliamidu, jak i do mieszanek kauczukowych. Modyfikator został wybrany spośród kopolimerów, które zawierają w swoich merach grupy mogące reagować z grupami funkcyjnymi poliamidu oraz współwulkanizować z kauczukami butadienowymi, w szczególności do wykonania wyprasek wybrano mieszanki poliamidu 6 i/lub 66 z dodatkiem 5 - 20% mas., epoksydowanego kauczuku naturalnego, korzystnie 15% i wulkanizatów siarkowych mieszanek elastomerowych: kauczuku naturalnego, lub butadienowo-styrenowego, lub izoprenowo-butadienowego z dodatkiem modyfikatora - epoksydowanego kauczuku naturalnego od 15 - 50%.The method of obtaining non-adhesive polyamide-elastomeric connections consists in introducing the modifier into both polyamide and rubber mixtures. The modifier was chosen from copolymers that contain in their mers groups that can react with polyamide functional groups and co-vulcanize with butadiene rubbers, in particular polyamide 6 and / or 66 mixtures with the addition of 5 - 20% by mass, epoxidized natural rubber, were selected for molding. preferably 15% and vulcanizates of sulfur elastomeric mixtures: natural rubber, or styrene butadiene, or isoprene-butadiene with the addition of a modifier - epoxidized natural rubber from 15 - 50%.
