Abstract
Sposób otrzymywania nanokompozytu nanocząstek metalicznych, w szczególności nanosrebra, z bentonitem albo wermikulitem, polega na tym, że wermikulit kondycjonowany w środowisku zasadowym albo bentonit miesza się z wodnym roztworem źródła jonów metalu i następnie do mieszaniny wprowadza się roztwór czynnika redukującego jony i stabilizującego powstające nanocząstki albo roztwór czynnika redukującego jony i osobno roztwór czynnika stabilizującego nanocząstki, po czym ustala się alkaliczne środowisko reakcji, a następnie osad odsącza się, suszy i rozdrabnia.The method of obtaining nanocomposite of metallic nanoparticles, in particular nanosilver, with bentonite or vermiculite is based on the fact that vermiculite conditioned in an alkaline environment or bentonite is mixed with an aqueous solution of a metal ion source and then a solution of ions reducing agent and stabilizing the formed nanoparticles is introduced into the mixture or ion reducing agent solution and nanoparticle stabilizing agent solution separately, after which the alkaline reaction medium is established, and then the precipitate is filtered off, dried and ground.
