Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy insertu (6) do pojemnika (1) do wirowania, zwłaszcza do probówki, do wydzielenia frakcji o pożądanym zakresie gęstości metodą wirowania na gradiencie gęstości charakteryzującego się tym, że zawiera przegrodę (7), zasadniczo w kształcie spłaszczonego krążka, rozdzielającą wnętrze pojemnika (1) na dwie komory - komorę dolną (3) oraz komorę górną (2), przy czym przegroda (7) zawiera przynajmniej jedno wycięcie (4) usytuowane w pobliżu wewnętrznej ściany pojemnika (1) o takiej wielkości, które umożliwia przepływ płynów z komory górnej (2) do komory dolnej (3) po wewnętrznej ściance pojemnika, przy czym wycięcie (4) posiada zamknięcie. Zgłoszenie również dotyczy sposobu wydzielenia frakcji o pożądanym zakresie gęstości z próbki zawierającej frakcje o różnej gęstości, zwłaszcza z próbki biologicznej przy użyciu insertu (6).
