Abstract

Układ do pośredniego przetwarzania próbki napięcia elektrycznego na słowo cyfrowe zawiera moduł sterujący (CM), dwa komparatory (KR, KS), dwa źródła prądowe (IR, IS), dwie szyny (R, S), zestaw kondensatorów (CS) oraz moduł próbkujący (SM), zawierający kondensator próbkujący (Cn). Układ charakteryzuje się tym, że dolne okładki wszystkich kondensatorów (Cn-1, Cn-2, ..., C1, C0) zestawu kondensatorów (CS) są połączone z masą układu, a górne okładki tych kondensatorów są połączone, odpowiednio, ze stykami ruchomymi przełączników (Sn-1, Sn-2, ..., S1, S0). Pierwsze styki nieruchome tych przełączników są połączone z szyną sygnałową (S), drugie styki nieruchome są połączone z masą układu, a trzecie styki nieruchome są połączone z szyną referencyjną (R).The system for indirectly converting an electric voltage sample into a digital word includes a control module (CM), two comparators (KR, KS), two current sources (IR, IS), two busbars (R, S), a set of capacitors (CS) and a sampling module (SM) containing a sampling capacitor (Cn). The system is characterized in that the lower covers of all capacitors (Cn-1, Cn-2, ..., C1, C0) of the capacitor set (CS) are connected to the mass of the system, and the upper covers of these capacitors are connected, respectively, with contacts movable switches (Sn-1, Sn-2, ..., S1, S0). The first fixed contacts of these switches are connected to the signal bus (S), the second fixed contacts are connected to the ground of the system, and the third fixed contacts are connected to the reference bus (R).
