Abstract
Przedmiot zgłoszenia stanowi profil systemu mocowania i izolacji termicznej okien, fasad i drzwi, którego zasadniczym elementem jest kątownik (1), wykonany z dowolnego materiału, korzystnie ze stali o przekroju przypominającym kształt litery "L", który ma wzdłużne przygięcia (2), wykonane wzdłuż krawędzi obu swoich ramion, które są zagięte w stronę wnętrza kątownika (1) pod kątem korzystnie 90°. Kątownik (1) "L" jest wypełniony masą wypełniającą (3). Dodatkowo, dzięki zawinięciu brzegów kątownika (1) i obecności powstających w ten sposób wzdłużnych przygięć (2) kątownika (1) możliwe jest umieszczenie między nimi rozpierającego ramiona kątownika (1) zastrzału (4). Zastrzał (4) może stanowić zasadniczo wzdłużny płaskownik, przy czym mogą w nim zostać wykonane otwory lub zgrubienia, ewentualnie zastrzał (4) mogą stanowić niewielkie płytki rozmieszczone odpowiednio na długości kątownika (1) "L". Opisany wyżej zastrzał (4) tworzy zawsze kąt ostry - z ramieniem kątownika (1), do którego przylega oraz z wyprowadzonymi z tego ramienia wzdłużnymi przygięciami (2) - który to kąt zazwyczaj wynosi 45°. Zastrzał (4) stanowi wówczas dwusieczną kąta wyznaczonego przez ramię kątownika (1) oraz wzdłużnego przygięcia (2). W podstawowym rozwiązaniu - profil jest przytwierdzany do lica ściany za pomocą mocowań, kołków lub śrub (7). Śruba (7) przechodząca przez poziome ramię kątownika (1) przytwierdza framugę okna, drzwi lub inne elementy elewacji do kątownika (1) "L". Montaż ten może być realizowany także inaczej, przy użyciu kotew mocujących (6), łączonych bezpośrednio z profilem, względnie podpierających profil, a następnie łączonych także ze ścianą budynku. Kotwy mocujące (6) mogą być wyposażone w jeden lub kilka przegubów (8). Mogą one także być wykonane z kilku elementów przesuwnych (9), umożliwiających rozsunięcie i przez to wydłużenie kotew mocujących (6). Zastosowanie przegubów (8), które mogą mieć postać zawiasów, poprawia wytrzymałość kotew mocujących (6).The subject of the application is a profile of a system of fixing and thermal insulation of windows, facades and doors, the essential element of which is an angle bar (1), made of any material, preferably steel with a cross-section resembling the shape of the letter "L", which has longitudinal bends (2), made along the edges of both their arms, which are bent towards the inside of the angle (1) at an angle of preferably 90 °. The angle bar (1) "L" is filled with filling mass (3). In addition, due to the folding of the edges of the angle bar (1) and the presence of the resulting longitudinal bends (2) of the angle bar (1), it is possible to place between them the spreading arms of the angle bar (1) of the strut (4). The brace (4) may be a substantially longitudinal flat bar, but holes or beads may be formed in it, or the brace (4) may be small plates arranged appropriately along the length of the angle (1) "L". The abovementioned brace (4) always creates an acute angle - with the arm of the angle (1) to which it adjoins and with the longitudinal bends (2) derived from this arm - which angle is usually 45 °. The brace (4) is then the bisector of the angle defined by the angle (1) and longitudinal bend (2). In the basic solution - the profile is attached to the wall with fastenings, dowels or screws (7). A screw (7) passing through the horizontal angle bar (1) fixes the window, door or other facade elements to the angle bar (1) "L". This assembly can also be carried out differently, using fixing anchors (6), connected directly to the profile, or supporting the profile, and then also connected to the building wall. Fastening anchors (6) can be equipped with one or more joints (8). They can also be made of several sliding elements (9), allowing the fastening anchors to be extended apart and thus longer (6). The use of joints (8), which can be in the form of hinges, improves the strength of the fastening anchors (6).
