Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób składowania i transportu tektury i innych towarów z pominięciem paletyzacji oraz urządzenie do klejenia tekturowych stóp. Sposób polega na tym, że do dolnej powierzchni stosu tektury lub innego towaru (7) bezpośrednio przykleja się tekturowe stopy (8), przy czym rozstawienie stóp umożliwia transport ręcznym wózkiem paletowym lub wózkiem widłowym. Ilość przyklejanych tekturowych stóp jest zależna od formatu i masy stosu i jest nie mniejsza jak cztery sztuki. Korzystne rozstawienie i ilość tekturowych stóp podpiera ładunek równomiernie na całej powierzchni. Urządzenie do podklejania stóp stanowi szeregowo ustawione względem siebie cztery przenośniki taśmowe: dostarczający towar (1), poprzeczny przygotowujący stopy (2), dociskowy (3) i odbierający stos (4), systemu przepychania stóp (6), zasobnika stóp, stacji nanoszenia kleju nieuwidocznionej na rysunku, przy czym urządzenie jest wyposażone w czujniki mierzące rozmiar i położenie stosu tektury lub innego towaru zaś proces klejenia tekturowych stóp odbywa się całkowicie automatycznie.The subject of the invention is a method for storing and transporting cardboard and other goods without palletizing, and a device for gluing cardboard feet. The method is based on the fact that the bottom surface of a stack of cardboard or other goods (7) directly adheres to cardboard feet (8), whereby the spacing of the feet enables transportation by hand pallet truck or forklift. The amount of sticky cardboard feet depends on the format and weight of the stack and is not less than four pieces. The favorable spacing and number of cardboard feet supports the load evenly over the entire surface. The device for gluing the feet is arranged in series with each other four belt conveyors: supplying goods (1), transverse preparing feet (2), pressure (3) and receiving stack (4), foot pushing system (6), foot container, glue application station not shown in the figure, the device is equipped with sensors measuring the size and position of a stack of cardboard or other goods, while the process of gluing cardboard feet is carried out completely automatically.
