Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest okładzina górnicza typu AP, to jest lekka i podatna oraz typu BP, to jest ciężka i podatna, przeznaczona do wykonywania obudowy odrzwiowej górniczych wyrobisk korytarzowych we współpracy z obudową chodnikową wykonaną z kształtowników stalowych typu TH oraz V, zwłaszcza V-25, V-29, V-36 i V-44. Okładzina (1) charakteryzuje się tym, że ma kształt graniastosłupa czworokątnego prostego o podstawie prostokąta lub rombu i wykonana jest z mieszanki betonowej o klasie wytrzymałości na ściskanie co najmniej C 25/30 oraz stopniu wodoszczelności co najmniej W2, przy czym mieszanka betonowa zawiera zbrojenie rozproszone w postaci włókien szklanych i/lub polipropylenowych i/lub polietylenowych i/lub korzystnie bazaltowych, w ilości od 0,1 do 2,0% w stosunku do masy mieszanki betonowej, ponadto okładzina (1) zawiera zbrojenie główne w postaci co najmniej jednego pręta zbrojeniowego (3), o średnicy w przedziale od 6 do 16 mm i długości dopasowanej do długości okładziny, wykonanego z kompozytu bazaltowego lub z włókien szklanych, lub w postaci co najmniej jednego pasa kompozytowego, wykonanego na bazie rowingu bazaltowego lub szklanego, o szerokości od 30 do 45 mm, grubości od 3 do 5 mm oraz długości dopasowanej do długości okładziny.The subject of the invention is a mining AP facing, i.e. lightweight and flexible, and BP type, i.e. heavy and flexible, intended for making the casing of mine corridor headings in cooperation with a pavement casing made of steel profiles TH and V, especially V-25, V-29, V-36 and V-44.
