Abstract
Sposób modyfikacji betonów i zapraw żywicznych, polega na tym, że do wstępnie wymieszanych suchych frakcji kruszywa z wyłączeniem frakcji mikrowypełniaczy dodaje się spoiwo żywiczne ewentualnie z układem utwardzającym i modyfikatorami wstępnie wymieszane z frakcją mikrowypełniaczy, w tym z odpadowym pyłem perlitowym, przy czym pył perlitowy dodaje się do mieszanki spoiwa żywicznego i pozostałych mikrowypełniaczy w kilku etapach, a po połączeniu suchych składników oraz spoiwa z frakcją mikrowypełniacza całość miesza się mechanicznie około 1-2 minut i tak powstałą mieszankę odstawia się na 1 minutę celem homogenizacji składników, po czym ponownie miesza do uzyskania pełnej jednorodności przez około 2 minuty. Następnie mieszankę umieszcza się w formie uprzednio pokrytej środkiem antyadhezyjnym i mieszankę w formach ewentualnie poddaje się zagęszczaniu przez wibrowanie, a ponadto proces mieszania jak i wiązania kompozytów prowadzi się w pomieszczeniu o kontrolowanej temperaturze i wilgotności, przy czym w przypadku wytwarzania betonu stosuje się suche wypełniacze składające się z ziaren o wymiarach do 63 mm, przy czym konieczna jest obecność ziaren większych niż 2 mm, przy wytwarzaniu zapraw żywicznych stosuje się suche wypełniacze składające się z ziaren o wymiarach nie większych niż 2 mm, a do wytwarzania kitów i szpachlówek żywicznych stosuje się suche wypełniacze składające się z ziaren o wymiarach mniejszych niż 0,5 mm.The method of modification of concrete and resin mortars consists in the fact that to the pre-mixed dry aggregate fractions excluding the micro-filler fraction, a resin binder is optionally added with a hardening system and modifiers, premixed with the micro-filler fraction, including waste perlite dust, with perlite dust being added into the resin binder mixture and the remaining micro-fillers in several stages, and after combining the dry ingredients and the binder with the micro-filler fraction, the whole is mixed mechanically for about 1-2 minutes and the resulting mixture is allowed to stand for 1 minute to homogenize the ingredients, then mix again to obtain full homogeneity for about 2 minutes. Then the mix is placed in a mold previously coated with a release agent and the mix in molds is optionally subjected to vibration compaction, in addition, the process of mixing and binding of composites is carried out in a room with controlled temperature and humidity, while in the production of concrete dry compound fillers are used made of grains up to 63 mm in size, with the presence of grains larger than 2 mm, dry mortar fillers consisting of grains not larger than 2 mm are used in the production of resin mortars, and dry resin fillers are used in the production of putties and putties fillers consisting of grains smaller than 0.5 mm.
