Abstract
Wskaźnik odzysku gazu końcowego po obróbce w urządzeniu do oczyszczania gazu wykorzystującym układ PSA jest większy i jednocześnie uzyskuje się wysoką czystość i wskaźnik odzysku przy dobrej wydajności energetycznej. Niniejszy wynalazek dotyczy sposobu oczyszczania gazu, z wykorzystaniem adsorpcji zmiennociśnieniowej (PSA), w której jako adsorbent zastosowano węglowe sito molekularne o objętości porów (V0,38), przy średnicy porów 0,38 nm lub większej, nieprzekraczającej 0,05 cm3/g oraz objętości porów (V0,34), przy średnicy porów 0,34 nm, wynoszącej 0,15 cm3/g lub większej przy rozkładzie średnicy porów zmierzonej metodą MP. W etapie adsorpcji, gaz inny jest adsorbowany z gazu źródłowego przez kontakt gazu źródłowego z adsorbentem przez czas od 10 do 6000 sekund w celu uzyskania skoncentrowanego metanu.
