Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania proszku bazaltowego, włókna bazaltowego lub innych wyrobów kształtowych, obejmujący rozdrabnianie surowca bazaltowego i ewentualnie jego topienie poprzez ogrzewanie do temperatury mieszczącej się w zakresie od 1450°C do 1550°C charakteryzującego się tym, że surowiec bazaltowy rozdrabnia się do uzyskania ziaren o rozmiarach poniżej 5 mm, korzystnie mieszczących się w zakresie od 1 do 3 mm, następnie tak otrzymany sypki surowiec łączy się z wodą w stosunku od 5 do 50 litrów wody na 100 g bazaltu, a otrzymaną zawiesinę poddaje się homogenizacji, dalszemu rozdrobnieniu i oczyszczeniu w komorze reakcyjnej zaopatrzonej w generator impulsów elektrycznych, przy czym zawiesinę poddaje się jednocześnie elektrolizie w tej samej komorze, zaopatrzonej w co najmniej jedną elektrodę na bazie węgla, na której osadzają się zanieczyszczenia bazaltu, następnie cząstki stałe bazaltu oddziela się od wody i poddaje suszeniu w środowisku beztlenowym, a następnie ewentualnie topi się je w temperaturze mieszczącej się w zakresie 1450°C do 1550°C i ewentualnie wytwarza się włókno bazaltowe lub inne wyroby kształtowe.The invention relates to a method for producing basalt powder, basalt fiber or other shaped products, comprising comminuting the basalt raw material and optionally melting it by heating to a temperature in the range from 1450 ° C to 1550 ° C characterized in that the basalt raw material is crushed to obtain grains with dimensions below 5 mm, preferably in the range from 1 to 3 mm, then the loose material thus obtained is combined with water in a ratio of 5 to 50 liters of water per 100 g of basalt, and the obtained suspension is subjected to homogenization, further fragmentation and purification in a reaction chamber equipped with an electric pulse generator, whereby the suspension is simultaneously subjected to electrolysis in the same chamber, equipped with at least one carbon-based electrode on which basalt impurities are deposited, then the basalt solids are separated from the water and dried in env anaerobic, and then optionally melted at a temperature in the range 1450 ° C to 1550 ° C and optionally basalt fiber or other shaped products are produced.
