Wspomagany magnetycznie bioreaktor, zawiera reaktor air - lift z generatorami pola magnetycznego, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma wznoszącą kolumnę (1) i opadająca kolumnę (2), połączone od góry z komorą (5), a od dołu z łącznikiem (4), przy czym kolumny (1, 2) umieszczone są w obudowie (8) z generatorami (9) wirującego pola magnetycznego, komora (5) ma wał (6), na którym osadzone są obrotowe dyski (7), zaś w łączniku (4), poniżej wznoszącej kolumny (1) ma bełkotkę (10).
