Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest piec do topienia aluminium, przechylny, z ogrzewaniem gazowym posiadający komorę grzewczą (1) z wanną zlewową ciekłego metalu, połączoną trwale z szybem (2), który od dołu posiada, usytuowany na poziomie górnej krawędzi wanny zlewowej, zbiornik górny (3) na ciekły metal, połączony kanałem przelewowym z tą wanną, a od góry posiada otwór załadowczy z pokrywą (4) oraz kanał odprowadzania spalin (11). Piec wyposażony jest w trzy palniki gazowe (8.1, 8.2, 8.3) generujące płaskie płomienie. Po przeciwnej stronie od szybu (2) komora posiada okno technologiczne (6).The subject of the application is an aluminum melting furnace, tilting, with gas heating, having a heating chamber (1) with a liquid metal sink tub, permanently connected to the shaft (2), which has an upper tank located at the level of the upper edge of the sink tub (3) ) for liquid metal, connected with an overflow channel to this bathtub, and from above it has a loading opening with a cover (4) and a flue gas discharge channel (11).
