Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja farmaceutyczna, zawierająca witaminę K1 i D3 oraz jej zastosowanie, w celu profilaktyki krwawień u niemowląt, karmionych piersią w pierwszych trzech miesiącach życia i w profilaktyce krzywicy. Kompozycja charakteryzuje się tym, że witamina K1 występuje w ilości 100 µg - 300 µg, a witamina D3 w ilości 400 IU (10 µg) - 1200 IU (30 µg).The subject of the application is a pharmaceutical composition containing vitamin K1 and D3 and its use for the prevention of bleeding in infants who are breastfed in the first three months of life and for the prevention of rickets. The composition is characterized in that vitamin K1 is present in the amount of 100 µg - 300 µg, and vitamin D3 in the amount of 400 IU (10 µg) - 1200 IU (30 µg).
