Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest granulowany nawóz potasowy o przedłużonym działaniu na bazie popiołu ze spalania biomasy, w którym to nawozie zawartość potasu w przeliczeniu na K2O zawiera się w granicach od 5 do 20% wag. Nawóz ten stanowi wysuszony w temperaturze do 200°C, granulat wilgotnej mieszaniny lub pulpy zawierającej przynajmniej popiół ze spalania biomasy, w ilości nie mniejszej niż 50% wag. w przeliczeniu na gotowy produkt, kwas siarkowy o stężeniu 30 - 98% w ilości od 50 do 300 g H2SO4 na 1 kg popiołu ze spalania biomasy, a ponadto ewentualnie produkty, które zawierają potas w formie przyswajalnej przez rośliny, przy czym wielkość ziaren granulatu wynosi 1 do 6 mm, a pH odcieku wodnego z gotowego produktu wynosi 4,5 do 9. W zgłoszeniu ujawniono również sposób wytwarzania nawozu potasowego o przedłużonym działaniu na bazie popiołu ze spalania biomasy, obejmujący formowanie granulek w granulatorze mechanicznym obrotowym z mieszaniny zawierającej popiół ze spalania biomasy oraz suszenie uformowanych granulek.The subject of the application is granular potassium fertilizer with prolonged action based on ash from biomass combustion, in which the fertilizer content in terms of K2O calculated as K2O ranges from 5 to 20% by weight. This fertilizer is dried at a temperature of up to 200 ° C, granules of a moist mixture or pulp containing at least ash from biomass combustion, in an amount of not less than 50% by weight calculated as the finished product, sulfuric acid at a concentration of 30 - 98% in an amount of 50 to 300 g H2SO4 per 1 kg of ash from biomass burning, and in addition, possibly products that contain potassium in a form that is absorbed by plants, the size of the granulate 1 to 6 mm, and the pH of the aqueous effluent from the finished product is 4.5 to 9. The application also discloses a method of producing potassium fertilizer with prolonged action based on biomass combustion, including forming granules in a rotary mechanical granulator from a mixture containing ash from combustion biomass and drying formed granules.
