The additive package contains a composition of stabilized modifier and co-modifier for light fuel oils, including a dispersion stabilized combustion modifier, in an amount of 5.0% (m / m) to 95.0% (m / m), preferably from 50.0% ( m / m) up to 90.0% (m / m) and dispersion stabilized co-modifier combustion, in an amount from 5.0% (m / m) to 60.0% (m / m), preferably from 10.0% ( m / m) up to 50.0% (m / m), an additive preventing the decomposition of the additive package, in an amount from 1.0% (m / m) to 10.0% (m / m), preferably from 1.5% (m / m) to 5.0% (m / m), organic solvent, being a highly aromatic petroleum fraction in the amount of 5.0% (m / m) to 95.0% (m / m), and in addition, possibly least lubricity additive in the amount from 10.0% (m / m) to 60.0% (m / m), corrosion inhibitor in the amount from 1.0% (m / m) to 20.0% (m / m) , oxidation inhibitor in an amount of 1.0% (m / m) to 50.0% (m / m), demulsifier in an amount of 1.0% (m / m) to 20.0% (m / m), an additive with biocidal properties in an amount of 5.0% (m / m) to 30 , 0% (m / m), organic marker soluble in fuel in an amount from 0.1% (m / m) to 10.0% (m / m).
