Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ membranowy do miejscowej, ukierunkowanej immobilizacji komórek oraz sposób wytwarzania tego układu, polegający na tym, że bezpośrednio na suport wprowadza się roztwór polielektrolitu, wybranego z grupy obejmującej hydrożele, zwłaszcza polisacharydy, korzystnie alginiany i rozpuszczone w soli fizjologicznej, a w strukturę tak utworzonej membrany wprowadza się roztwór polielektrolitu, obejmującego aminy II lub III rzędu, zwłaszcza metyloaminy i etyloaminy, korzystnie zawierające 100% grup metylowych lub etylowych, z inkorporowanym fulerenolem wraz z czynnikiem wzrostu nerwów rozpuszczony w soli fizjologicznej; na tym posadawia się masę komórkową, a następnie wprowadza się roztwór polielektrolitu, wybranego z grupy obejmującej hydrożele, zwłaszcza polisacharydy, korzystnie alginiany i rozpuszczone w soli fizjologicznej.The subject of the application is a membrane system for local, directed immobilization of cells and a method for producing this system, consisting in the fact that a polyelectrolyte solution selected from the group consisting of hydrogels, especially polysaccharides, preferably alginates and dissolved in physiological salt is introduced directly onto the support. the membrane formed, a polyelectrolyte solution is introduced, including second or third order amines, especially methylamine and ethylamine, preferably containing 100% methyl or ethyl groups, with incorporated fullerenol together with nerve growth factor dissolved in physiological saline; the cell mass is ground on it, and then a polyelectrolyte solution selected from the group consisting of hydrogels, especially polysaccharides, preferably alginates and dissolved in saline is introduced.
