Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest urządzenie oraz sposób do ingerencji w treść sygnału audio-wideo poprzez wyświetlanie interaktywnych, spersonalizowanych form reklamowych i informacyjnych, mające zastosowanie przy komunikacji cyfrowej, w tym przy odbiorze sygnału telewizyjnego telewizji linearnej, oraz telewizji nielinearnej / na życzenie (on demand), sygnału urządzeń dodatkowych w tym odtwarzaczy DVD, konsol do gier i innych, przy zarządzaniu skorelowanych z treścią wyświetlaną dedykowanych usług reklamowych. Urządzenie do ingerencji w treść sygnału audio-wideo, podłączone szeregowo pomiędzy źródłem sygnału, oraz odbiornikiem, umożliwiające wykorzystanie części ekranu odbiornika, w celu wprowadzenia niezależnej dodatkowej treści, wyposażone jest w centralny moduł (C), przetwarzający wejściowy sygnał audio-wideo i wyjściowy zmodyfikowany sygnał audio-wideo, sterujący pracą podłączonych do niego modułów, w tym modułem (B) zarządzającym sygnałem wejściowym ze źródeł (A1)(A2)(Ax), i modułem (G) obsługującym sygnał wyjściowy, w szczególności odpowiadającym za dopasowanie jakości i sposobu wyświetlania treści na odbiorniku (O), oraz także modułem (D), który zarządza komunikacją dwustronną, wysyłanie i odbieranie komunikatów z serwerem (S), zarządza dostępem do sieci transmisyjnej (T), oraz modułem (E) odpowiedzialnym za zarządzanie i konfigurację profilu użytkownika, a także komunikację dwustronną z urządzeniem sterującym zdalnym (R). Sposób ingerowania w treść sygnału audio-wideo, poprzez generowanie dodatkowych spersonalizowanych i interaktywnych treści, niezależnie od źródła treści oryginalnej i bez względu na rodzaj sposobu przesyłania tej treści, charakteryzuje się tym, że obraz nadawany z urządzenia umieszcza się na ekranie odbiornika (O) jednocześnie z obrazem nadawanym ze źródeł (A1)(A2)(Ax), przy czyni za pomocą sieci transmisyjnej (T) urządzenie za pośrednictwem modułu (D) odpowiedzialnego za komunikację dwustronną, komunikuje się z serwerem (S) odbierając komunikaty sterujące treścią dodatkową obrazu nadawanego, odbiera pakiety spersonalizowanej treści dodatkowej, odbiera komunikaty dotyczące zdalnego zarządzania urządzeniem wysyła informacje zwrotne o sposobie użytkowania urządzenia przez użytkownika. Przy pomocy modułu (E) zarządzania i konfiguracji treści użytkownika oraz zdalnego sterującego urządzenia (R), które może być dedykowanym urządzeniem (pilot) lub aplikacją na dowolnym urządzeniu elektronicznym umożliwiającym komunikację bezprzewodową korzystnie protokołem bluetooth lub bezprzewodowym Internetem, użytkownik zdalnie zarządza treścią dodatkowego obrazu nadawanego, oraz ma możliwość uzyskania wynagrodzenia z tytułu użytkowania.
