Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku są czwartorzędowe abietyniany tetraalkiloamoniowe, sposób ich otrzymywania oraz zastosowanie jako deterenty pokarmowe szkodników magazynowych. Czwartorzędowe abietyniany tetraalkiloamoniowe o wzorze ogólnym 1, w którym R1, R2, R3 i R4 oznaczają podstawniki alkilowe zawierające 1-22 atomów węgla lub podstawnik benzylowy lub podstawnik 2-hydroksyetanowy. Sposób ich otrzymywania polega na tym, że kwas abietynowy zobojętnia się czwartorzędowym wodorotlenkiem amoniowym, w którym R1, R2, R3 i R4 oznaczają podstawniki alkilowe zawierające 1-22 atomów węgla lub podstawnik benzylowy lub podstawnik 2-hydroksyetanowy, w środowisku alkoholowym, korzystnie w metanolu, w temperaturze od 20 do 60°C, korzystnie 25°C w czasie od 5 do 30 minut, korzystnie 10 minut, po czym odparowuje się rozpuszczalnik i wodę jako produkt uboczny, a powstały produkt suszy się następnie w suszarce próżniowej w temperaturze od 30 do 60°C, korzystnie 40°C, w czasie od 1 do 24 godzin, korzystnie 6 godzin. Tetraalkylammonium quaternary abietates of general formula 1, wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are alkyl substituents having 1-22 carbon atoms or a benzyl substituent or 2-hydroxyethane substituent. The method of obtaining them is that the abietic acid is neutralized with quaternary ammonium hydroxide in which R1, R2, R3 and R4 are alkyl substituents having 1-22 carbon atoms or a benzyl substituent or 2-hydroxyethane substituent in an alcoholic environment, preferably in methanol at a temperature of 20 to 60 ° C, preferably 25 ° C for 5 to 30 minutes, preferably 10 minutes, after which the solvent and water are evaporated as a by-product, and the resulting product is then dried in a vacuum dryer at a temperature of 30 up to 60 ° C, preferably 40 ° C, in 1 to 24 hours, preferably 6 hours. Use of tetraalkylammonium quaternary abietinates of general formula 1, wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4 are alkyl substituents having 1-22 carbon atoms or a benzyl substituent or 2-hydroxyethane substituent as storage pest detectors.
