Neoglikokoniugat będący przedmiotem zgłoszenia stanowi połączenie oligosacharydu zwitterjonowego Escherichia coli R1 LOS z rekombinowanym C-końcowym fragmentem toksyny B Clostridium difficile. Immunogena kompozycja zawierająca neoglikokoniugat przeznaczona jest do stosowania jako szczepionka w prewencji i leczeniu infekcji wywołanych przez bakterie Gram ujemne - Enterobacterioceae jak Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli a także przez Bordetella pertussis czy Clostridium difficile bądź jako element diagnostyczny do wykrywania zakażeń wywołanych przez rzeczone bakterie. Zgłoszenie obejmuje również kompozycję farmaceutyczną, szczepionkę zawierającą tę kompozycję, przeciwciało generowane oraz zestaw diagnostyczny.The neoglycoconjugate being the subject of the application is a combination of Escherichia coli R1 LOS zwitterion oligosaccharide with a recombinant C-terminal fragment of Clostridium difficile toxin B. The immunogen composition containing neoglycoconjugate is intended for use as a vaccine in the prevention and treatment of infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria - Enterobacterioceae such as Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli and also by Bordetella pertussis or Clostridium difficile or as a diagnostic element for detecting infections caused by said bacteria. The application also includes a pharmaceutical composition, a vaccine containing the composition, an generated antibody, and a diagnostic kit.
