Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest generator przeznaczony do wytwarzania fal akustycznych impulsowych, mający zastosowanie w technice laboratoryjnej przy badaniu materiałów. Generator zawiera zamkniętą komorę roboczą (1) w kształcie graniastosłupa o podstawie wielokąta foremnego i parzystej liczbie boków. Do każdej z bocznych ścianek komory (1) przymocowane są prostopadle rury (2, 4) o przekroju kołowym i ich osie przecinają się w środku komory roboczej (1). Każda z rur (1) jest zaopatrzona w głośnik elektrodynamiczny (3) o dużej mocy, przymocowany do zewnętrznego końca rury (2) i wszystkie głośniki połączone są szeregowo z generatorem impulsów elektrycznych. Każda z rur (4) ma koniec zewnętrzny zamknięty i wyposażony w tulejkę z gwintem (5), w którą wkręcony jest nagwintowany pręt (6), zakończony kołnierzem, umieszczonym w nakładce (10), przymocowanej do tłoka (8), znajdującego się wewnątrz rury (4). Każda rura (4) zaopatrzona w głośnik (3) jest zamknięta sztywną przegrodą (9), umieszczoną bezpośrednio przed kołnierzem głośnika (3) i mającą podłużny otwór, zasłonięty przez przymocowane do przegrody (9) dwa sprężyste paski o wewnętrznych brzegach, przylegających do siebie i wygiętych w stronę komory roboczej (1). W środku komory roboczej (1) zamocowany jest pręt z próbką badanego materiału (11).The subject of the application is a generator designed for the production of impulse acoustic waves, applicable in laboratory technique when testing materials. The generator contains a closed working chamber (1) in the shape of a prism with the base of a regular polygon and an even number of sides. To each of the side walls of the chamber (1), pipes (2, 4) with a circular cross-section are attached perpendicularly and their axes intersect in the middle of the working chamber (1). Each pipe (1) is equipped with a high-power electrodynamic speaker (3) attached to the outer end of the pipe (2) and all the loudspeakers are connected in series with the electric pulse generator. Each of the pipes (4) has an outer end closed and equipped with a threaded bushing (5), into which a threaded rod (6) is screwed, terminated with a flange, located in the cap (10), attached to the piston (8) inside pipes (4). Each pipe (4) equipped with a loudspeaker (3) is closed with a rigid partition (9), located directly in front of the loudspeaker flange (3) and having an elongated hole, covered by two elastic straps with internal edges adjacent to each other (9) and bent towards the working chamber (1). In the center of the working chamber (1) a rod with a sample of the tested material (11) is attached.
