Abstract

Układ do dynamicznej zmiany objętości czynnej reaktorów w oczyszczalniach ścieków lub zbiorników wodociągowych charakteryzujący się tym, że na dnie reaktora (23) przymocowany jest w sposób trwały balon (1) za pomocą gniazda (6), do którego poprzez złączkę dolną (7) jest przymocowany przewód elastyczny (9) łączący balon (1) ze sprężarką (4) poprzez złączkę górną (8), ponadto w górnej części balonu (1) jest umiejscowiony elektrozawór (10) połączony przewodem komunikacyjnym (19) ze sterownikiem (3), przy czym elektrozawór (10) połączony jest z rurką (11) wyprowadzoną nad powierzchnię zwierciadła ścieków (5), służącą do odprowadzania powietrza z balonu (1) przy jego opróżnianiu. Na przewodzie wlotowym (16) jest zamontowany układ pomiarowy (2) mierzący ilość dopływających ścieków, połączony za pomocą kabla komunikacyjnego (18) ze sterownikiem (3), który z kolei jest połączony kablem komunikacyjnym (22) ze sprężarką (4), przy czym sterownik (3) i sprężarka (4) są podłączone do źródła zasilania (24) odpowiednio przewodem komunikacyjnym (20) i (21), a przewód odpływowy (17) jest usytuowany na wysokości równej górnej krawędzi poziomu zwierciadła ścieków (5).System for dynamic change of the active volume of reactors in sewage treatment plants or water supply tanks characterized by the fact that at the bottom of the reactor (23) a balloon (1) is permanently attached by means of a socket (6), to which the bottom connector (7) is attached flexible hose (9) connecting the balloon (1) with the compressor (4) through the upper connector (8), in addition, in the upper part of the balloon (1) there is a solenoid valve (10) connected by a communication cable (19) with the controller (3), the solenoid valve (10) is connected to a tube (11) led above the surface of the waste water table (5), used to remove air from the balloon (1) when emptying it. The inlet pipe (16) has a measuring system (2) measuring the amount of sewage flowing in, connected via a communication cable (18) to the controller (3), which in turn is connected by a communication cable (22) to the compressor (4), the controller (3) and the compressor (4) are connected to the power source (24) via the communication cable (20) and (21) respectively, and the drain line (17) is located at the height equal to the upper edge of the level of the sewage mirror (5).
