Abstract
Zgłoszenie dotyczy krystalicznego kompleksu kwasu (imidazo[2,1-b]tiazol-6-ylo)octowego przedstawionego wzorem 3, znajdującego zastosowanie w medycynie. Zgłoszenie ujawnia również sposób wytwarzania krystalicznego kompleksu kwasu (imidazo[2,1-b]tiazolo-6-ylo)octowego o wzorze 3, charakteryzujący się tym, że dwie części molowe kwasu (imidazo[2,1-b]tiazolo-6-ylo)octowego poddaje się reakcji z co najmniej jedną częścią molową azotanu(V) cynku(II) lub jedną częścią molową chlorku cynku(II), przy czym pH doprowadza się do wartości około 6, a reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze 373 - 393K, aż do przereagowania substratów.The application relates to a crystalline (imidazo [2,1-b] thiazol-6-yl) acetic acid complex represented by the formula 3, which is used in medicine. The application also discloses a method of producing a crystalline (imidazo [2,1-b] thiazol-6-yl) acetic acid complex of formula 3, characterized in that two molar parts of (imidazo [2,1-b] thiazole-6- of acetic acid) is reacted with at least one molar part of zinc (II) nitrate or one molar part of zinc (II) chloride, the pH is adjusted to about 6 and the reaction is carried out at 373-393K, until reactants react.
