Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania folii na bazie uretanoakrylanów, polegający na fotopolimeryzacji oraz sieciowaniu promieniowaniem UV w obszarze 200 - 400 nm. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że miesza się 40 do 80% wagowych wielofunkcyjnego uretanoakrylanu, od 10 do 30% wagowych wielofunkcyjnego monomeru, zwłaszcza (met)akrylanu, od 5 do 25% wagowych N-winylopirrolidonu i/lub N-winylokaprolaktamu, od 0,1 do 10% wagowych fotoinicjatora rodnikowego, przy czym stężenie wszystkich komponentów stosowanych w fotopolimeryzacji wynosi 100% wagowych.The subject of the application is a method for producing films based on urethane acrylates, consisting of photopolymerization and cross-linking with UV radiation in the area of 200 - 400 nm. The method is characterized in that 40 to 80% by weight of a multifunctional urethaneacrylate, from 10 to 30% by weight of a multifunctional monomer, especially (meth) acrylate, from 5 to 25% by weight of N-vinylpyrrolidone and / or N-vinylcaprolactam are mixed, from 0, 1 to 10% by weight of a radical photoinitiator, the concentration of all components used in photopolymerization is 100% by weight.
