Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanka na trudnopalny kompozyt ceramizujący, która zawiera matrycę polimerową w postaci kauczuku chloroprenowego, fazę rozproszoną składającą się z napełniacza mineralnego w postaci kaolinu, kaolinu kalcynowanego, miki, talku, haloizytu bądź wollastonitu oraz z topnika w postaci szkliwa niskotopliwego, otrzymanego z zespołu tlenków wybranych spośród tlenków sodu, baru, cynku, glinu, krzemu, boru, potasu, wapnia, litu, cyrkonu i magnezu lub w postaci tlenku boru (III), zawierająca nadto zespół sieciujący zawierający siarkę, przyspieszacz oraz aktywatory wulkanizacji. Napełniacz i topnik stosuje się w mieszance w postaci cząstek o rozmiarach 0,1 - 75 µm. Mieszanka charakteryzuje się tym, że matryca polimerowa zawiera kauczuk chloroprenowy, przy czym napełniacz mineralny zawiera w ilości 100 - 400 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych kauczuku, zaś topnik w ilości 75 - 225 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych kauczuku.
