Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest implant stomatologiczny zawierający porowatą strukturę funkcjonalną i składający się z implantu kostnego oraz łącznika umieszczanego między implantem a koroną zęba, charakteryzujący się tym, że implant kostny zawiera mikrogwint (1) znajdujący się w górnej części, strukturę porowatą (2), umieszczoną w środkowej części, gwint (3), znajdujący się w dolnej części oraz otwór/gniazdo (4), wewnątrz którego znajduje się gwint (5), do którego wkręcany jest łącznik za pomocą śruby.
