Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są nowe szczepy probiotycznych bakterii fermentacji mlekowej do ograniczania rozwoju chorobotwórczych szczepów bakterii Escherichia coli i Clostridium perfringens, występujących w organizmach zwierząt gospodarskich i w środowisku ich bytowania, szczególnie w odniesieniu do młodych osobników trzody chlewnej i dzików. Przedmiotowe szczepy zostały zdeponowane odpowiednio pod następującymi numerami: PKM B/00096, PKM B/00097, PKM B/00099, PKM B/00098. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także preparat pro biotyczny oraz kompozycje nowych szczepów probiotycznych bakterii fermentacji mlekowej i zastosowania kompozycji do produkcji preparatu probiotycznego, służącego do ograniczania rozwoju chorobotwórczych szczepów bakterii Escherichia coli i Clostridium perfringens oraz dezynfekcję powierzchni ciał zwierząt, a także pomieszczeń inwentarskich środkami zawierającymi komórki i/lub metabolity tych kompozycji.The subject of the application are new strains of lactic fermentation probiotic bacteria to limit the development of pathogenic Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens strains present in farm animals and in their habitat, especially in relation to young pigs and wild boars. The strains concerned were deposited, respectively, under the following numbers: PKM B / 00096, PKM B / 00097, PKM B / 00099, PKM B / 00098. The application also includes a pro biotic preparation and compositions of new strains of probiotic lactic acid bacteria and the use of the composition for the production of a probiotic preparation for limiting the development of pathogenic Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens strains and disinfection of animal body surfaces, as well as inventory rooms with agents containing cells and / or metabolites of these compositions.
