Abstract

The subject of the application are new strains of lactic fermentation bacteria Enterococcus faecium eub1D, with pro-biotic properties, deposited under the number PKM B / 00094 with the nucleotide sequence of the DNA region encoding Ge 16SrRNA. This strain can be used to limit the development of pathogenic Escherichia coli and Clostridium perfringens strains found in breeding birds, especially chickens for fattening, turkeys, ducks, geese, guinea fowls, ostriches and ornamental birds as well as in their habitat. The application also includes other strains of lactic acid bacteria deposited under the numbers: PKM B / 00095, PKM B / 00100. The application also includes prebiotic and compositions of probiotic strains and their applications consisting of administering to the birds developed compositions of probiotic bacteria to protect their organism against pathogenic bacteria E. coli and C. perfringens and disinfection of their bodies surface as well as breeding rooms with agents containing cells and / or metabolites of microorganisms of new strains of probiotic bacteria.
