Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest pojemnik zbiorczy w kształcie prostopadłościanu z otwartą górną powierzchnią, utworzony z płaskiego, sztywnego arkuszowego materiału, zawierający dno (1), pionowe ściany boczne (4, 5), zewnętrzne pionowe ściany czołową (2) i tylną (3) oraz wewnętrzne pionowe ściany czołową (8) i tylną (11), w którym linie cięcia, linie nacięcia i/lub linie bigowania wyznaczają płaszczyzny stanowiące odpowiednio powierzchnię dna (1) i połączone z nią odwinięte pod kątem 90° pionowe powierzchnie ścian bocznych (4, 5), powierzchnie zewnętrznej pionowej ściany czołowej (2) i tylnej (3) oraz wewnętrznej pionowej ściany czołowej (8) i tylnej (11), przy czym każda spośród zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ściany (2) oraz zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ściany (3) jest zaopatrzona przy dolnej krawędzi zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ściany (2) oraz przy dolnej krawędzi zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ściany (3), odpowiednio, w co najmniej jeden wycięty otwór ustalający do ustawiania pojemników w stos, każda spośród zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ściany (2) oraz zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ściany (3) jest zaopatrzona w co najmniej jedną ustalającą pionową płetwę do ustawiania pojemników w stosy, która wystaje z górnej krawędzi zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ściany (2) oraz z górnej krawędzi zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ściany (3), odpowiednio, i odpowiada położeniem otworowi ustalającemu, co najmniej jedna ściana boczna (4, 5) jest zaopatrzona w co najmniej jedno skrzydło (20, 21, 22), przy czym jest ono umiejscowione przyległe do krawędzi co najmniej jednej ze ścian bocznych (4, 5) prostopadłych do dna (1), a w zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ścianie (2) oraz zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ścianie (3) w środkowej części dolnej krawędzi zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ściany (2) oraz w środkowej części dolnej krawędzi zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ściany (3) wycięty jest co najmniej jeden uchwyt (6, 7) odpowiednio, charakteryzuje się tym, że w zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ścianie (2) oraz zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ścianie (3) znajdują się co najmniej dwa otwory ustalające (9, 10) do ustawiania opakowań w stos, przy czym usytuowane są one, przy dolnej krawędzi zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ściany (2) oraz przy dolnej krawędzi zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ściany (3) pomiędzy uchwytem (6, 7), a krawędzią boczną zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ściany (2) oraz krawędzią boczną zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ściany (3), odpowiednio, z zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ściany (2) oraz zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ściany (3) w peryferyjnej części górnej krawędzi zewnętrznej czołowej pionowej ściany (2) oraz w peryferyjnej części górnej krawędzi zewnętrznej tylnej pionowej ściany (3), odpowiednio, wystają ustalające pionowe płetwy (16, 17, 18, 19), które odpowiadają położeniem otworom ustalającym (9, 10) do ustawiania opakowań w stosy a co najmniej 70% powierzchni dna (1) jest otwarta.
