Abstract
Opracowany amortyzator ma dwie sprężyny - sprężynę górną (1) oraz sprężynę dolną (2) i każda z nich swój jeden koniec ma zablokowany przez jeden, ten sam trzon (3) amortyzatora umieszczony pomiędzy nimi. Dzięki odpowiedniemu przekręceniu uchwytu (4) względem pierścienia (5) oraz trzonu (3) - uchwyt (4) wykonuje ruch, przesuwając uchwyt (4) odpowiednio w górę lub w dół, w zależności od żądanego ustawienia pierścienia (5) - ściskając, względnie zwalniając sprężynę dolną (2). W ustawieniu wyjściowym - kiedy sprężyna dolna (2) nie jest dociśnięta przez blokadę (6) - pracuje zarówno sprężyna górna (1), jak i sprężyna dolna (2). Jest to podstawowe ustawienie amortyzatora i w tym położeniu amortyzacja wózka jest twardsza od amortyzacji w drugim ustawieniu. Po przekręcenie uchwytu (4) do ustawienia drugiego następuje ściśnięcie sprężyny dolnej (2) za pomocą blokady (6). W ten sposób i dzięki temu sprężyna dolna (2) zostaje zablokowana i niejako wyłączona, zaś równocześnie druga ze sprężyn uzyskuje dodatkową przestrzeń do pracy. Dzięki temu amortyzację realizuje jedynie sprężyna górna (1), pracuje ona bardzo miękko i umożliwia łagodne i miękkie kołysanie wózkiem.The developed shock absorber has two springs - the upper spring (1) and the lower spring (2) and each of them has its one end blocked by one, the same stem (3) of the shock absorber located between them. By turning the handle (4) relative to the ring (5) and the stem (3), the handle (4) moves by moving the handle (4) up or down, depending on the desired setting of the ring (5) - by squeezing or by releasing the lower spring (2). In the initial setting - when the lower spring (2) is not pressed by the lock (6) - both the upper spring (1) and the lower spring (2) work. This is the basic position of the shock absorber and in this position the shock absorber is harder than the shock absorber in the second one. After turning the handle (4) to the second position, the lower spring (2) is compressed by means of the lock (6). In this way and thanks to this the lower spring (2) is blocked and in a way turned off, while at the same time the other spring gains additional work space. Thanks to this, only the upper spring (1) provides cushioning, it works very softly and allows gentle and soft rocking of the trolley.
