Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest, zilustrowany na rysunku, sposób wytwarzania elementów metalowych, w którym to sposobie element surowy poddaje się obróbce skrawaniem obejmującej toczenie, wiercenie, frezowanie, cięcie i/lub gwintowanie, a do przestrzeni roboczej narzędzia skrawającego podaje się emulsję chłodząco-smarującą, przy czym skład emulsji chłodząco-smarującej dobiera się w zależności od wykonywanej operacji i rodzaju obrabianego materiału. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że poddaje się w sposób ciągły emulsję chłodząco-smarującą zawierającą od 5% do 15% objętościowo oleju emulgującego o temperaturze zapłonu powyżej 200°C i lepkości kinematycznej w temp. 40°C w zakresie 25 - 30 mm2/s, od 0,001 do 0,1% objętościowo 1,2-bis(trimetoksysililo)etanu oraz wody, natomiast skład emulsji chłodząco-smarującej dobiera się w zależności od wykonywanej operacji i rodzaju obrabianego materiału tak, że: w operacji cięcia, toczenia, frezowania materiałów nieutwardzanych podaje się emulsję zawierającą od 5% do 10% objętościowo oleju emulgującego, od 0,001 do 0,1% objętościowo 1,2-bis(trimetoksysililo)etanu i wodę do 100% objętości; w operacji cięcia, toczenia, frezowania materiałów utwardzanych oraz wiercenia materiałów nieutwardzanych podaje się emulsję zawierającą od 5% do 10% objętościowo oleju emulgującego, od 0,02 do 0,1% objętościowo 1,2-bis(trimetoksysililo)etanu i wodę do 100% objętości; w operacji wiercenia materiałów utwardzanych i gwintowania materiałów utwardzanych i nieutwardzanych podaje się emulsję zawierającą od 10% do 15% objętościowo oleju emulgującego, od 0,001 do 0,1% objętościowo 1,2-bis(trimetoksysililo)etanu i wodę do 100% objętości.The subject of the application is, illustrated in the drawing, a method of producing metal elements, in which method the raw element is subjected to machining including turning, drilling, milling, cutting and / or threading, and a cutting lubricant emulsion is fed into the working space of the cutting tool, with what the composition of the cooling-lubricating emulsion depends on depending on the operation performed and the type of material being processed. The method is characterized in that it is subjected to continuous cooling-lubricating emulsion containing from 5% to 15% by volume of emulsifying oil with a flash point above 200 ° C and kinematic viscosity at 40 ° C in the range 25 - 30 mm2 / s, from 0.001 to 0.1% by volume of 1,2-bis (trimethoxysilyl) ethane and water, while the composition of the cooling-lubricating emulsion is selected depending on the operation performed and the type of material being processed, so that: in cutting, turning, milling of unhardened materials an emulsion containing from 5% to 10% by volume of emulsifying oil, from 0.001 to 0.1% by volume of 1,2-bis (trimethoxysilyl) ethane and water to 100% by volume is administered; in cutting, turning, milling hardened materials and drilling unhardened materials, an emulsion containing from 5% to 10% by volume of emulsifying oil, from 0.02 to 0.1% by volume of 1,2-bis (trimethoxysilyl) ethane and water up to 100 % volume; in the drilling operation of hardened materials and threading of hardened and unhardened materials, an emulsion containing from 10% to 15% by volume of emulsifying oil, from 0.001 to 0.1% by volume of 1,2-bis (trimethoxysilyl) ethane and water up to 100% by volume is administered.
