Abstract
Kompaktowe kanały, kształtki wentylacyjne, klimatyzacyjne i przemysłowe do przesyłania ciepłego lub chłodnego medium, zwłaszcza powietrza, wykonane z blachy ocynkowanej zwijanej spiralnie lub kształtowane arkusze blachy, stanowiące płaszczowy element zewnętrzny oraz przewody wewnętrzne z blachy ocynkowanej zwijanej spiralnie lub kształtowane arkusze blachy, pomiędzy którymi ma izolację termiczną, charakteryzujące się tym, że pomiędzy sztywnym przewodem wewnętrznym (1), a sztywnym płaszczowym elementem zewnętrznym (2) ma spienioną izolację termiczną (3) w postaci poliuretanu o gęstości pianki od 40 do 65 kg/m3, który stanowi wzajemne trwałe zespolenie sztywnego przewodowego elementu wewnętrznego (1) ze sztywnym płaszczowym elementem zewnętrznym (2). Zgłoszenie zawiera również sposób wytwarzania izolacji termicznej.
