Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania mikro- i mezoporowatych materiałów węglowych, który polega na mieszaniu materiału węglowego z krzemionką w roli matrycy, suszeniu materiału i jego karbonizacji, usunięciu matrycy krzemowej i płukaniu otrzymanego materiał. Sposób ten charakteryzuje się tym, że jako materiał węglowy stosuje się suchą pulpę pomarańczową, uzyskaną po wydestylowaniu limonenu z rozdrobnionych skórek pomarańczy, do której dodaje się wodę do pierwszego zwilżenia, przy czym pulpę pomarańczową miesza się z krzemionką w stosunku masowym od 0,1 do 25. Karbonizację prowadzi się w temperaturze 400 - 1000°C. Proces prowadzi się w obecności aktywatora w postaci KOH lub NaOH, w stosunku masowym do suchej pulpy od 0,2 do 2. Matrycę usuwa się stosując 7% masowych kwasu fluorowodorowego, następnie materiał płucze się wodą do uzyskania odczynu obojętnego i suszy się.The subject of the application is a method of obtaining micro- and mesoporous carbon materials, which consists in mixing the carbon material with silica as a matrix, drying the material and its carbonization, removing the silicon matrix and rinsing the obtained material. Carbonization is carried out at a temperature of 400-1000 ° C. The process is carried out in the presence of an activator in the form of KOH or NaOH, in a mass ratio to dry pulp from 0.2 to 2. The matrix is removed using 7% by mass hydrofluoric acid, then the material is rinsed with water until neutral and dried.
