Abstract

Sposób napełniania zbiornika paliwa, zwłaszcza zbiornika paliwa biokominka, umożliwiający w pełni automatyczne uzupełnianie takiego zbiornika do zadanego poziomu, a także, w przypadku potrzeby, na przykład awarii, na szybkie jego opróżnienie, charakteryzuje się tym, że uzupełniany zbiornik paliwa (4) napełnia się paliwem przy użyciu elektrycznej pompy (1), pobierającej paliwo z pojemnika paliwa (6) uzupełniającego, przy czym pompę elektryczną (1) elektrycznie zasila się z gniazda elektrycznego (7), zasilanego ze sterownika (8), który podczas napełniania paliwem zbiornika paliwa (4), na podstawie pochodzącego z czujnika poziomu paliwa (9) sygnału aktywowanego osiągniętym pożądanym poziomem napełnienia paliwem zbiornika paliwa (4), odcina dostęp energii elektrycznej w gnieździe (7), zasilającym w energię elektryczną pompę (1), elektryczną pompę (1) do zbiornika paliwa (4) przyłącza się rozłącznie poprzez zamocowane do zbiornika paliwa (4) i za pośrednictwem przewodu (3) do elektrycznej pompy (1) szybkozłącze (12), do którego przymocowany jest doprowadzony do dna zbiornika (4) wężyk (13), a wprowadzany do pojemnika paliwa (6) przewód paliwa (5) zakończony jest częścią szybkozłącza (14), którą w razie potrzeby przyłącza się do przeznaczonego do uzupełniania zbiornika paliwa (4) i odpompowuje się zawarte w nim paliwo. Zespół do napełniania zbiornika paliwa, zwłaszcza zbiornika paliwa biokominka, charakteryzuje się tym, że zbudowany jest z elektrycznej pompy (1), kolejno przyłączonych do pompy elektrycznej (1) dwóch przewodów paliwa (3, 5), z których pierwszy, rozłącznie, przyłączony jest do uzupełnianego zbiornika paliwa (4) poprzez szybkozłącze (12), złączone z doprowadzonym do dna tego zbiornika (4) wężykiem (13), a drugi wprowadzony jest do pojemnika paliwa (6) uzupełniającego i zakończony jest częścią szybkozłącza (14), pozwalającą na zamienne z przewodem (3) pierwszym przyłączenie go do przeznaczonego do uzupełniania zbiornika paliwa (4) celem jego opróżnienia, a także wyposażonego w gniazdo elektryczne (7) sterownika (8), zasilającego energią elektryczną przyłączoną do tego gniazda elektryczną (7) pompę (1), przy czym sterownik (8) ma funkcję odcinania zasilania w gnieździe elektrycznym (7), zasilającym pompę elektryczną (1) aktywowaną sygnałem z wbudowanego w zbiornik paliwa czujnika poziomu paliwa (9), po osiągnięciu pożądanego poziomu napełnienia zbiornika (4) oraz funkcję przechodzenia w tryb napełniania, w tym wysyłania sygnału do wygaszenia płomienia aktywowaną łącznikiem krańcowym (10), przełączanym ruchem klapki (18) otwierającej dostęp do osadzonego w obudowie zewnętrznej (17) zbiornika paliwa (4).The method of filling the fuel tank, especially the bio-fireplace fuel tank, which allows for fully automatic refilling of such tank to a given level, and, in the event of a need, for example, for its emptying quickly, is characterized by the fact that the refueled fuel tank (4) is filled fuel using an electric pump (1), taking fuel from the refueling container (6), whereby the electric pump (1) is electrically supplied from an electric socket (7), powered from the controller (8), which when filling the fuel tank with fuel ( 4), based on the signal from the fuel level sensor (9) activated by the achieved desired level of fuel filling of the fuel tank (4), cuts off the access of electricity in the socket (7), supplying the electric pump (1), electric pump (1) the fuel tank (4) is detachably connected via the fuel tank (4) and behind via the hose (3) to the electric pump (1), the quick coupler (12), to which the hose (13) connected to the bottom of the tank (4) is attached, and the fuel hose (5) introduced into the fuel container (6) is ended with a part of the quick coupler ( 14), which, if necessary, is connected to the fuel tank to be topped up (4) and the fuel contained in it is pumped out. The assembly for filling the fuel tank, especially the bio fuel fireplace fuel tank, is characterized by the fact that it consists of an electric pump (1), successively connected to the electric pump (1), two fuel lines (3, 5), the first of which is detachably connected to the refueled fuel tank (4) through the quick coupler (12), connected to the bottom of the tank (4) with a hose (13), and the second is introduced into the refueling tank (6) and is ended with a part of the quick coupler (14), allowing spare with the cable (3) first connecting it to the fuel tank to be topped up (4) to empty it, as well as equipped with the electrical socket (7) of the controller (8), supplying electricity to the electrical socket (7) connected to the pump (1) ), the controller (8) has the function of cutting off the power supply in the electric socket (7) supplying the electric pump (1) with an activated signal from the built-in fuel tank sensor (9), after reaching the desired level of tank filling (4) and the function of entering the filling mode, including sending a signal to extinguish the flame activated by a limit switch (10), switchable by the movement of the opening flap (18) access to the fuel tank (4) embedded in the outer casing (17).
