Przedmiotem wynalazku jest także warstwa materacowa w postaci połączonych ze sobą kieszeniowych komponentów sprężystych, ewentualnie dodatkowo połączonych ze sprężynami kieszeniowymi. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również materac zawierający kieszeniowe komponenty sprężyste.
