Abstract
Prefabrykat w postaci wstęgi walcowej o średnicy patyczka (1) wytłacza się w procesie ciągłym z tworzywa sztucznego na wytłaczarce, po czym chłodzi się wodą, a następnie podaje do zespołu tnącego, gdzie tnie się ją na odcinki stanowiące gotowe patyczki (1). Po operacji chłodzenia na powierzchni wstęgi walcowej drukuje się nadruk w postaci kodu kreskowego (2) głowicą drukującą punktową, zasilaną i sterowaną z mikroprocesorowej drukarki atramentowej typu ink-jet. Początek cyklu drukowania synchronizuje się z cyklem pracy zespołu tnącego. Treść nadruku ustawia się programowo w drukarce atramentowej (4). Bezpośrednio przed drukiem, powierzchnię wstęgi walcowej ulepsza się termicznie głowicą termiczną, w procesie ciągłym w trakcie przesuwania wstęgi walcowej, dla zwiększenia napięcia powierzchniowego tworzywa sztucznego i zwiększenia przyczepności atramentu do wstęgi walcowej oraz zwiększenia przyczepności karmelu i masy cukrowej do patyczków (1), stosując obróbkę plazmą atmosferyczną wzbudzaną w polu elektromagnetycznym albo obróbkę palnikiem płomieniowym. Zgłoszenie znajduje zastosowanie do wytwarzania walcowych patyczków (1) o małej średnicy z nadrukiem do wyrobów cukierniczych, zwłaszcza do lodów, ciastek i lizaków w kształcie kulistym lub podobnym, dla których utrudnione jest wykonanie czytelnego nadruku kodu kreskowego (2) na opakowaniu indywidualnym.The prefabricated product in the form of a cylindrical web with a stick diameter (1) is extruded in a continuous process from plastic on an extruder, after which it is cooled with water and then fed to the cutting unit, where it is cut into sections constituting ready sticks (1). After the cooling operation, a print on the surface of the cylindrical web is printed in the form of a bar code (2) with a point print head, powered and controlled from an ink-jet microprocessor-based inkjet printer. The beginning of the print cycle synchronizes with the cutting unit work cycle. The content of the overprint is set in the inkjet printer (4). Immediately before printing, the surface of the cylindrical web is thermally improved with a thermal head, in a continuous process during the movement of the cylindrical web, to increase the surface tension of the plastic and increase the ink's adhesion to the cylindrical web and to increase the adhesion of caramel and sugar mass to sticks (1), using the treatment atmospheric plasma excited in the electromagnetic field or treatment with a flame torch. The application is used for the production of small-diameter cylindrical sticks (1) printed with confectionery, especially for ice cream, cakes and lollipops in the shape of a spherical or similar, for which it is difficult to make legible printing of the bar code (2) on the individual packaging.
