Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób prowadzenia procesu degradacji odpadowych tworzyw sztucznych obejmujący termiczną depolimeryzację tworzyw sztucznych, w temperaturze wynoszącej od 200 do 850°C, w warunkach ciśnienia atmosferycznego lub podwyższonego ciśnienia lub obniżonego ciśnienia. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że poprzedzony jest pierwszym etapem, w którym rozdrobnione tworzywa sztuczne poddaje się w temperaturze powyżej zera, w czasie co najmniej 12 godzin, oczyszczaniu biologicznemu w obecności wodnej kompozycji mikroorganizmów przyjaznych dla środowiska, zawierającej także pożywkę pochodzenia roślinnego oraz dodatki aktywujące, a następnie oddziela się stałe, oczyszczone odpadowe tworzywa sztuczne od wodnej frakcji zanieczyszczeń i w drugim etapie procesu poddaje się tworzywa sztuczne mieleniu w młynie elektromagnetycznym, z jednoczesnym poddaniem ich działaniu impulsów elektrycznych, w obecności kompozycji elektrolitu w mieszaninie z co najmniej jednym alkoholem wybranym z grupy alkoholi zawierających do 10 atomów węgla w łańcuchu, i ewentualnie, z co najmniej jednym związkiem powierzchniowo czynnym, po czym uzyskaną emulsję oczyszcza się z zastosowaniem sita elektromagnetycznego, a następnie oczyszczoną emulsję poddaje się termicznej depolimeryzacji. Zgłoszenie dotyczy także sposobu przygotowania surowca do procesu pirolizy.The subject of the application is a method of conducting the process of degradation of waste plastics, including thermal depolymerization of plastics, at a temperature ranging from 200 to 850 ° C, under atmospheric pressure or elevated pressure or reduced pressure. The method is characterized by the fact that it is preceded by the first stage in which the dispersed plastics are subjected to a biological purification at a temperature above zero for at least 12 hours in the presence of an aqueous composition of environmentally friendly microorganisms, also containing nutrient of plant origin and activating additives, and then solid, purified waste plastics are separated from the aqueous fraction of pollutants and in the second stage of the process the plastics are milled in an electromagnetic mill, with simultaneous exposure to electrical impulses, in the presence of an electrolyte composition in a mixture with at least one alcohol selected from the group of alcohols containing up to 10 carbon atoms in the chain, and optionally with at least one surfactant, after which the resulting emulsion is purified using an electromagnetic sieve, and then the purified emulsion is subjected to thermal depolymerization. The notification also concerns the method of preparing the raw material for the pyrolysis process.
