Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest więzadło syntetyczne. wykonane z wielu włókien polimerowych, zawierające dwie części wewnątrzkostne (1), w obrębie których włókna polimerowe zorientowane są tylko w kierunku wzdłużnym i splecione są ze sobą wzdłużnie i bezwęzłowo tworząc gęsty przeplot, oraz jedną część wewnątrzstawową (2), znajdującą się pomiędzy dwoma częściami wewnątrzkostnymi (1), która zawiera wolne włókna polimerowe i jest nieskręcona wokół własnej osi. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania więzadła syntetycznego, w którym etap splatania włókien polimerowych w częściach wewnątrzkostnych (1) wykonuje się poprzez splatanie wzdłużne i bezwęzłowe do otrzymania gęstego przeplotu, przy zachowaniu wolnych włókien polimerowych w części wewnąrzstawowej (2) więzadła. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też zastosowanie więzadła syntetycznego jako implantu medycznego do rekonstrukcji więzadeł i ścięgien, zwłaszcza więzadeł stawu kolanowego.
