Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania kompozytu magnezowego z włóknami węglowymi z submikro lub nanoziarnistą osnową, który polega na tym, że wlewek kompozytowy z osnową ze stopu magnezu zawierający do 2% mas. Zn, do 0,6% mas. Zr, do 0,6% mas. pierwiastków ziem rzadkich (RE) i 2 ÷ 10% mas. włókien węglowych krótkich o długości nie większej niż 300 µm i 300 µm i o =-8 ÷ 10 µm, odlewa się grawitacyjnie do formy z suspensji stop-włókna, po czym poddaje się wyciskaniu na zimno z prędkością posuwu stempla od 0,1 do 0,3 mm/s i obustronnemu cyklicznemu skręcaniu (±6 ÷ 10°) z częstotliwością od 3 do 8 Hz.The subject of the application is a method for producing a magnesium composite with carbon fibers with a sub-micro or nano-grain matrix, which consists in the composite ingot with a magnesium alloy matrix containing up to 2% by mass. Zn, up to 0.6% by mass Zr, up to 0.6 mass% rare earths (RE) and 2 ÷ 10% by mass short carbon fibers with a length of not more than 300 µm and 300 µm and with a = -8 ÷ 10 µm, cast by gravity into a mold from alloy-fiber suspension, then subjected to cold extrusion at a punch feed speed from 0.1 to 0, 3 mm / s and cyclic twisting on both sides (± 6 ÷ 10 °) with a frequency of 3 to 8 Hz.
