Abstract
Głowica drukarki 3d zbudowana z bloku głowicy, do którego doprowadzone są co najmniej dwa kanały na filament zakończone dyszą charakteryzuje się tym, że do bloku głowicy (1) oraz ekstrudera (6) zamocowane są elementy doprowadzające filament w postaci tulei (2A i 2B) od góry ukształtowanych w użebrowaną powierzchnię zewnętrzną. Wewnątrz tulei (2A i 2B) znajdują się rurki (3A i 3B), w których ukształtowane są kanały (4 i 5) na podawany filament. Wewnątrz bloku głowicy (1) znajduje się poziomy kanał (7), do którego doprowadzone są kanały (4 i 5), a kanał (7) zaślepiony jest po dwóch stronach zaślepkami (8). W bloku głowicy (1) umieszczony jest wkład (9), który ma w sobie poziomy kanał (10) z tłoczkiem (13) oraz kanał pionowy (11) skierowany w stronę otworu dyszy (12), mocowanej do wkładu (9). The channel (10) is concentric with the channel (7), and the diameter of the channel (10) and the piston (13) is larger than the diameter of the channel (7).
