Abstract

Piec do spalania biomasy zawiera korpus w postaci ścian (1, 2, 3, 4, 12) z połączonymi przepływowo komorami wodnymi (5). W ścianie czołowej (1) pieca znajdują się co najmniej dwie pary drzwiczek rewizyjnych (6, 7). W dolnej strefie korpusu znajduje się otwór załadowczy (13) biomasy i dostarczania powietrza. W górnej części pieca znajduje się czopuch wylotowy (9) spalin. Wewnątrz górnej części wnętrza pieca, ponad przegrodą poziomą (10), znajdują się przegrody labiryntowe (11) przepływu gazów wylotowych stanowiące wymiennik ciepła. Pomiędzy tylną krawędzią przegrody poziomej (10), a tylną ścianą (2) pieca znajduje się kanał wlotowy spalin do wymiennika ciepła. Poniżej przegrody poziomej (10) znajdują się płyty (14) z tworzywa będącego nośnikiem i akumulatorem ciepła. Płyty (14) są zamocowane na przemian do ściany tylnej (2) i do ściany przedniej (1) pieca. Pomiędzy wolnymi krawędziami tych płyt (14), a przednią ścianą (1) oraz tylną ścianą (2) pieca znajduje się kanał labiryntowy (16) wylotu spalin. Pomiędzy przegrodą poziomą (10), a zamocowaną pod nią płytą (14) znajduje się pionowa przesłona uchylna (21).The biomass combustion furnace contains a body in the form of walls (1, 2, 3, 4, 12) with fluid-connected water chambers (5). The front wall (1) of the furnace has at least two pairs of inspection doors (6, 7). In the lower zone of the body there is a loading hole (13) for biomass and air supply. The upper part of the furnace has an exhaust flue (9). Inside the upper part of the furnace interior, above the horizontal partition (10), there are labyrinth partitions (11) of the exhaust gas flow constituting the heat exchanger. There is a flue inlet channel to the heat exchanger between the rear edge of the horizontal partition (10) and the rear wall (2) of the furnace. Below the horizontal partition (10) there are plates (14) made of plastic as a carrier and heat accumulator. The plates (14) are alternately attached to the rear wall (2) and to the front wall (1) of the furnace. There is a labyrinth channel (16) for the exhaust outlet between the free edges of these plates (14) and the front wall (1) and rear wall (2) of the furnace. Between the horizontal partition (10) and the plate (14) attached underneath there is a vertical tilting shutter (21).
